Kristian Rother from Berlin is working as an academic software developer at the faculty of Biology, UAM, and as a freelance Python trainer. He is applying Agile techniques to create bioinformatics software in small teams (2-8 people). Among others, he used Kanban.

In the presentation, he will explain what Kanban is, how it can be applied in a development process, and how Kanban can be adopted to manage your own one-person projects.
